PROCESSING TIME:
1-2 weeks is our current processing time.
All Items are MADE TO ORDER - unless otherwise stated.
All HATS + DRINK WARE are ready to ship - unless otherwise stated.
RETURNS:
Exchanges will be accepted, for a shop credit in the amount of the subtotal paid (BEFORE SHIPPING). All exchanges must be sent back to us within two days of receiving. Shipping charges will be the customers responsibility.
Please note: sale items are final sale.
We cannot change or alter any order after it is placed. Our processing time is 1-2 weeks, there are not cancellations on orders within our turnaround time.
If a wrong item is sent, please keep the packaging from your order and email us for a prepaid shipping label. Use the original packaging to ship the incorrect items back to us. We will get your correct order out once the package is delivered.
If a package is returned back to us for insufficient address - buyer is responsible for purchase of a shipping label for product to be re-sent.
RETURNED ITEMS: buyer must pay for return label.
Custom, personalized and drink ware orders cannot be returned or exchanged.
*All sale and discount items are final, no return, exchange, price adjustments or cancellations. They are also subject to limited availability. Please note, returns are only accepted for items purchased at full price, this excludes items purchased from sales or any other purchase made with a discount.
We strive to send out orders within 1-2 weeks of ordering. Please note this does not include shipping times.
All international orders are subject to customs fees. We are not responsible for reimbursing any orders that acquire a customs fee.
